This week we were joined in studio by Michael Uetz and Danette Amstein the owners of Midan Marketing (https://midanmarketing.com) a full service marketing and communications focused on everything meat. We’ve known and worked with Michael and Danette since 2007 and have seen them grow from 6 employees to nearly 100!
During the show they shared everything from how they met and started working together to some of the early growth pains including having to fire a customer. They also shared their approach and philosophy with us as it relates to their culture and how purposeful they have been in making sure that folks in both of their offices as well as the dozens of satellite locations all buy into the Midan culture!
